Delivery within Australia

Freight charges are payable in addition to the product price. We offer Australia Express Post or Australia Post registered Mail.

Pick up direct from our Office is also available.

Order will be sent via whatever the most appropriate delivery of goods to your destination. A signature is required if goods are sent via Australia Post, Express, or Courier. Delivery will not be made to an unattended address. A signature is required from an occupant at the specified delivery address. Therefore, we recommend a work address. If an address is to be found to be unattended, a card will be left of where the parcel can be picked up from. The customer is then responsible for collecting the parcel from that depot or paying additional charges for re-delivery.

Freight is calculated on total weight of your order at your choice of Express Post or Registered Mail within Australia. For total weight over 20kg please contact us to work out the best way to deliver the goods to your door.

GST is included in freight charges.

Delivery outside Australia - Retail

Please be aware that it is possible for deliveries outside Australia that additional Duty/ Customs charges apply. You need to contact your local Customs Office for further information in regards to the amount payable of Import Duty, Customs Charges and Tax for the importation of goods into your country. These costs are not included in our freight charges.
